# Help & support

> Reach the slipway team without leaving the app.

The **Help** section in the org sidebar lets you reach the slipway team from inside the app. Open a support request or bug report and replies arrive as a live chat thread — no email, no leaving slipway. It's available to every member, and you only see your own conversations.

## Filing a request

1. Click **New request**.
2. Pick **Support** (a question, or help using slipway) or **Bug report** (something's broken).
3. Add a subject and details, then **Submit**.

You land in the conversation thread; when the team replies, it appears in real time. Each request stays in your list with its status, so the Help page doubles as your ticket history. For a feature idea, file it as a **Support** request.
